The more information you can send us prior to the inspection the better, we want to provide you with the best service possible. Having information prior to the inspection will enable the inspector to undertake a preliminary review e.g. by looking at floor plans, photographs, reading the property disclosure statement etc.
When booking please provide us with the following if available: the MLS number, listing sheet, floor plans, a copy of the property disclosure statement etc. (often this is emailed to us via your realtor).
